How It Works

The Appraisal Process

From your first call to delivery of the final report, our process is designed to be clear, responsive, and professional. This page is fully self-contained for static hosting on aaPanel, so it no longer depends on the missing image and stylesheet files from the older site.

What to expect

These steps are based on the original `Process.php` content, rebuilt into a clean static page for production use.

1

Booking and fee quote

Once an appraisal is ordered, a staff member will contact you to set up an appointment within 24 hours. An appropriate appraisal fee is quoted at that time.

2

Property inspection

At the property, the appraiser completes an inspection of the interior and exterior, takes photographs, and gathers measurements to establish the square footage of the home.

3

Market research

The appraiser researches the market using MLS data and other real estate resources to identify comparable properties and determine an informed market value.

4

Report preparation

The appraisal report is generally completed within 24 hours of the inspection, provided there are no unforeseen delays. If anything changes, you will be notified promptly.

5

Report delivery

Depending on the client's request, the completed appraisal report can be sent electronically, faxed, or mailed to the individual who ordered the appraisal.
